I've always wanted to put in these few necro skills:

Blood Resonance- 5 energy 1/8 cast 4 recharge
(Enchantment spell) target other ally is enchanted with blood resonance for 5...20 seconds. Whenever that ally would take damage, half of it is transferred to you. (Blood Magic)

Vampiric Well- 15 energy 1 cast 20 recharge
[Elite Well] exploit nearest corpse to create a vampiric well at its location for 5...15 seconds. All foes within the area experience a -1...4 health degeneration and for each one you experience a +1...4 health regeneration.

Reanimation- 50% sacrifice 5 energy 3 cast 60 recharge
(Spell) ressurect target dead ally with full health and energy. When this skill recharges that ally dies. All of that ally's skills cost 1...2 less energy to use while ressurected by Reanimation.
*echo will auto kill them*

Animate Skeleton General 15 E 3 C 15 R
Exploit an corpse to create an lvl 1....12...16 Skeleton General. This Animate has an "pet menu" and can command other minions. Can make other minions choose which target you want, and make them evade AoE's.

Create Stone Golem
E:15 C:3 R:45
Spell. Create a level 1...14...17 Ice Golem that has Crystal Wave, Earth Magic rank 0...6...8 and attacks in melee range dealing Earth damage. This golem is destroyed after 10...30...35 seconds. This spell causes exhaustion. (Earth Magic)

Enrage
E:15 C:2 R:25-target foe attacks the nearest target. Enrage ends if target foe becomes the target of another skill.(50% failure chance with Illusion Magic 4 or less.)

Dominate(elite)
E:20 C:3 R:30- target is hexed with dominate.For 10...24...32 seconds target foe will attack all your foes. Dominate ends if target foe is hexed with a mesmer hex. Only one enemy can be dominated at a time.

"Oh no you won't!"
E:10 R:7-Target foe's action is interrupted.(50% failure chance with Fast Casting 4 or less.)

Decaying Energy
E:5 C:3 R:20
Target foe and adjacent foes are struck with decaying energy. They take 20...56..71 damage. Each foe with more energy than you is dazed for 0...6..8 seconds. Attribute Domination magic

All your enchantments are removed. Cause an Armageddon in the aggro circle. Every creature (friend and foe) gets 500 fire damage. This spell causes exhaustion.

Oh, the irony! I was thinking something along the same lines this very morning:

Mesmer

Duplicity: [E] 15 e, 3 sec cast, 30 sec recharge:
Create shadow self with 100..200..400 health. 50% of all damage you would take is transfered to your shadow self instead.

Overwhelming Silence [E]

Elite Nature Ritual. For 10...40 seconds all creatures move 10% slower, have Skills cost 20% more energy and recharge 30% faster, gain adrenaline twice as long, receive 30% more health when healed and suffer -1 energy regeneration. Attribute: Wilderness Survival

The ultimate annoyance skill. Casters use more energy, physicals have less energy and adrenaline... Would use as elite.

anet should hold a contest like they did for weapons
design a skill
best 20 (or more) will be designed in the game
with 20 winning skills each proff will get 2 new skills this way
as for me
warrior
tactics
elite stance
"Executioners rage"
5e 10 sec recharge
"For 8 seconds your next attack strikes for 5..15 damage and inflicts a deep wound for 8...18 seconds"
i know i suck at knowing wether a skill is balanced or not but i tried

Air magic (15e. 2c. 20r.)
Hurricane. Create a Hurricane at target foe's location. For 5 seconds, foes near this area are struck for 30.37.45 lightning damage, suffers from a crack armor and weakness for 1.12.17 seconds.

Fire magic (10e. 3/4c. 10r.)
Combustion. All foes near you are set on fire for 1.4.7 seconds.

Earth magic (15e. 1/4c. 5r.)
Stony armor. You are enchanted with Stony armor for 3.12.15 seconds. The next time you are target of a hostile spell, all adjacent foes around you are knockdown and Stone armor ends.

This + Quicksand = bye bye monks? Or anything.

Imo lower energy and make it ,,the next time target foe's energy hits 0, that foe is knocked down'' and 1 second cast.

Warrior Skill: "Bring it on!" Shout. For 10...60 seconds, you take double damage, and all enemies will only come to you too attack and cast spells. This shout ends if you cast any spell.

i actually also like the idea of putting another part in, where you take double damage, and deal double damage, or you get double health.


this would be a pve only skill, with obvious amazing effects for team utility, and i personally have always wanted a provoke skill for we warriors
